Well it's almost Valentines Day and I waited until the last minute to get anything done. I made a card for my husband and although I would have loved to have made him a card with more suttle colors, I didn't really have anything in my stash to use. I had this Valentine print and just went from there. I'm happy with the way it turned out but I definitely need to work on my doodling! The pen I used was not the best and I won't be using that one again. I switched to a Jelly Roll pen for the doodling on the inside of the card and I think it turned out much better. I found the sentiment on the inside on the internet and printed it out on my computer and trimmed it to fit the inside.

My youngest grand-daughter is under the weather with a nasty bug and mom didn't have time to work on valentines for her so I whipped these up for her this afternoon. I used my Imagine and the Best Friends cartridge to make these.
Even though she is sick, mom found that she had opened 4 packages of the candy and was putting them into a larger sandwich baggie! I'm sure she was intending to eat them, but luckily she was discovered in time. She won't be going to daycare tomorrow but at least she will have them when she goes back.

My daughter is a school teacher and is also at the age where a lot of her friends are having babies. She had 2 girl friends recently who had baby showers and asked me to embroider some bibs. For one in particular she asked me to make an outfit. I used the Martha Pullen Jon Jon pattern and I used a Linnie Pinnie applique dragon. I also had this cute blanket with matching little soothie and monogrammed the babies initials on the blanket.

My daughter said that her friend loved the outfit, blanket and bibs.
